Building the PR Strategy to deliver impactful and engaging media campaigns and activity that will help to increase the BioBeats brand profile in the market (coverage, the share of voice, brand awareness).
Identifying and documenting all relevant media partners and contacts (trade, sector, specialist) and distribution channels for the key BioBeats markets to ensure the broadest distribution of BioBeats news.
Developing a media messaging framework/storyboard and creating a suite of relevant content and press releases - covering BioBeats, scientific themes, product trends and the BioBeats proposition, seeking out unique angles that would engage the media.
Developing an engagement plan for top journalists and influencers and developing a suitable plan to connect BioBeats spokespeople.
Identifying and agreeing on the key BioBeats spokespeople to represent the product, marketing and the business to speak with the media.
Developing a customer advocacy framework and suite of content to use across our media activities - sourcing quotes, key business benefits / statistics and developing case studies to use more broadly.
Maintain a calendar of company initiatives, industry events, opportunities, relevant editorial lists, awards and submission deadlines.
Reporting and tracking performance, activity and KPI's verses competitors - coverage, the share of voice, ROI.
Seeking out new ways to engage the media and share the BioBeats story.
Supporting the broader team with communication support, copywriting as needed.
Strong understanding of and experience in B2B PR and the business and technology sectors.
A strategic thinker who is not afraid to get stuck in and personally implement the strategy.
Experience in delivering timely PR campaigns and initiatives.
Strong relationship building and networking skills.
Proactive, autonomous self-starter who can make things happen.
Excellent copywriter with a track record of creative writing / developing press releases.
Understanding of the business, wellness, mobile app and wider technology media landscape with existing contacts.
Good understanding of content marketing.
Good understanding of the customer buying journey and the marketing/sales funnel and how digital marketing feeds into it.
Experience in a similar role within a software, mobile app, tech, SaaS organisation preferable.
Experience of developing PR campaigns in the US or continental Europe.
