We are looking for a passionate person with a rigorous approach and solid experience of producing to lead the creative realisation of our work with young people.
BAC works with over 3,000 12-29 year olds every year through a range of ambitious productions, festivals and activities which develop and celebrate young people’s creativity, and are at the forefront of our most innovative work. As Producer (Young People) you will provide strategic direction, constantly evolving BAC’s year round offer to ensure our young people’s work is high quality, nationally visible, locally rooted and represents the rich diversity of ideas, people and culture within our local area.
This is a role you can make your own by developing new ideas and strategies which connect with national and local priorities and initiatives and have strong social impact. Maybe you have a background working in participatory arts, youth work or another relevant field. If you have the vision to shape the future of our work with young people, we’d love to hear from you.
