The Product Commercialisation Executive is an important role within the Farfetch Media Solutions team, especially in the effort to deliver a best-in-class Media and Marketing Product function.
This role will report directly to the Product Commercialisation Manager and will work closely with various Product and Engineering clusters throughout Farfetch as well as Design, Marketing Product and our Experience lab.
What you’ll do:
  • Supporting the Product Commercialisation Manager in managing the existing product suite as well as delivering newness, including conceptualisation, scoping, road mapping and liaising with FF core Product and ENG teams for prioritisation & development.
  • Products include, but are not limited to: Content & Creative Products, Display Products, Audience Data
  • Products, Performance Products, GTM Strategy delivery
  • Supporting Product Commercialisation Manager in developing go-to-market materials for new product solutions, helping to drive adoption with compelling positioning and key selling points that differentiate our products in the market
  • Supporting Product Commercialisation Manager in turning value propositions into effective sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, and primers/FAQs
  • Gather marketplace intelligence and conduct competitive analysis to inform Sales and enhance product roadmap
  • Gather supporting evidence and research to inform business cases for new and improved products
Who you are:
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside of the box
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience of working on projects within a team, some experience leading on projects is desirable
  • Experienced using MS office- Excel, as well as in producing presentation and training materials (use of PPT and Keynote particularly useful)
  • Has superlative analytical skills- to be able to deep dive into data and pull out trends
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
  • Has a tenacious ability to get things done, and work effectively across multiple streams
  • Is self-motivated, quick and assertive, anticipating and resolving problems
  • Is extremely detailed oriented and organized
  • Has exceptional time management skills
  • Has a passion for a customer-first approach and a drive to intimately understand customer needs
  • Can work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Can shift readily between the "big picture” and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each
