A star collaborator, working side by side the Tech Developers and UX/UI Designers to bring Pirate’s product vision to life. Leading the team that is dedicated to our pirate.com website, you will deliver impactful change and always push for continuous improvement to our end to end user journey. The Product Manager will be ultimately responsible for being the:
Analyser of problems and master of solutions - take complex and ambiguous product problems and inventing creative solutions
Data-driven decision-maker - show confidence in using data and market trends to support trade-off decisions and problem impact estimations.
Influencer and communicator - build robust relationships across the board, convincing of the best approach using structured reasoning.
Customer advocate - display a deep understanding of what the artists need.
A day in the life of the Product Manager might look like: defining product requirements, collaborating with your team, leading scrum ceremonies, keeping a keen eye on continuous improvement, chasing product and feature level metrics, formulating, prioritising and verifying product hypothesis for product growth.

We ask that you bring your experience and skills in:
Product Management: >3 years experience in the field with confidence in product discovery and requirements development process, solid understanding of agile software development lifecycle models and project management principles and practices.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytics: We want our Product Managers to have an outstanding ability to tackle interesting problems.
Curiosity and drive: We’re after people who aren’t afraid of a challenge, stay curious and adapt to a constantly changing environment. Our Product Managers are highly motivated to drive things to completion, delivering great impact with their teams.
Collaborative leaders: Product roles bring responsibility without direct authority. We’re looking for leaders who can motivate and earn the trust of stakeholders and teams with a collaborative approach.
