Condé Nast is seeking a proven product-management professional to develop and execute our advertising product strategy and roadmap. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working with sales and marketing teams to implement and scale ad products (such as native sponsored pages) and ad technologies (such as shoppable video). This role requires a candidate who is well-versed in the sales workflow, ad operations processes, IAB requirements, ad targeting and trafficking, as well as an eye for high quality design.
The product manager is expected to create a bridge between executive stakeholders and development teams while representing the customer experience in product specifications and key results.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, user researchers, analysts, and editorial partners to prioritize the most impactful features.
  • Own the product roadmap for native and sponsored content as well as native traffic drivers.
  • Expand the global revenue for native and sponsored opportunities.
  • Create and maintain documentation hubs and interfaces that make it easier for marketers to leverage existing tools and capabilities.
  • Define, monitor, and analyse performance metrics, and communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Expand and support existing third-party vendor integrations across the global platform.
  • Manage backlog of enhancements, generate user stories and functional requirements for engineering and perform user acceptance testing.
  • Interview business stakeholders and assure alignment with business priorities and goals regularly.
  • Drive core advertising product enhancements and innovation necessary to maximise growth opportunity and become the leader in the market.
Requirements:
  • Experience of directly working in advertising product management related role
  • Creative Agency experience is desirable
  • Strong skills with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
  • Experience with CMS
  • GitHub
  • Agile/ scrum experience is advantageous
  • Strong technical background and working familiarity with agile development
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and sense of responsibility
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
