- Drive business KPIs for TikTok in specific regions, with special emphasis on product strategy, key metrics, content growth, community safety, etc.
- Work closely with internal partners (R&D, Operations, Growth) to align business targets and drive key results.
- Responsible for improving and leveraging user-content understanding to help better recommendation feeds.
- Discover new growth areas and product improvement to fuel user growth through a data-driven approach.

- Min 5 years experience in product management, product development or strategy from an internet or similar digitally driven organisation.
- Experience with algo-driven products (recommendation), machine learning and AI, two-sided marketplaces and network effects.
- Serious passion for communication, media and content-driven businesses.
- Excellent at translating complex data analysis into shareable insights that drive real business change.
- Knows how to navigate a flat yet matrixed global structure.
- Solid command of BI tools to analyze complex data. Specifically; Tableau and other data visualization tools. SQL a plus.
- A results and metrics-oriented mindset.
