Facebook seeks an experienced professional to join our Business Product Marketing team. This candidate will focus on industries, such as Financial Services, and help product teams discover new products that will help businesses acquire customers & drive sales. Responsibilities will span across the product lifecycle, from the ideation phase (inbound, market feedback synthesis, quantitative analysis), to testing for product market fit, and ultimately helping develop our go-to-market plans. Traits of a successful candidate include: strategic thinking, strong communication skills & cross-functional abilities, analytical rigor, and ability to influence and drive consensus between product, marketing & sales teams. This individual will work close with product management, engineering, policy and integrity teams and must have excellent knowledge of our products and how they are used by marketers today.
This is a full-time position based in London.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze market needs and opportunities to shape ads product development and strategy in partnership with product management, engineering and design teams
 
  • Deeply understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products
 
 
  • Help develop detailed go-to-market strategies and documents and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, Measurement, and other teams to drive successful product launches
 
 
  • Guide cross-functional teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and sales collateral
 
 
  • Work with communications, legal and policy teams on public communications related to product portfolio
 
 
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs
 
 
  • Manage product alphas and betas to refine features, prove hypotheses, and identify critical client needs and performance thresholds
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS Degree
 
  • 8+ years product marketing or product management experience, 3+ years work experience with digital advertising products or platforms
 
 
  • Experience in a product marketing (partnering with product management, product marketing and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements and supporting product launches)
 
 
  • Customer-service orientation and experience in a client-facing
 
 
  • Experience contributing to product roadmap and revenue growth at both strategic and operational levels
 
 
  • Analytically minded or experience working in analytical

  • Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
 
  • Track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
