Description

Facebook seeks a Senior Product Marketing Leader who is passionate about mobile advertising, technology, and innovation to join our Business Product Marketing team. The PMM Lead and their team will be responsible for understanding market requirements of advertisers who use our tools to create and manage effective creatives, in addition to developing a strategic vision of how we continue to grow our advertising ecosystem. In this role, you will identify key market requirements/opportunities and establish world-class go-to-market strategies that unlock those opportunities.
You will work most closely with product and engineering teams along with cross-functional partners like sales leadership, marketing, and partnership teams.
In this role you will have four main focus areas: *Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers who will drive strategic direct, product development and product adoption across our online-to-offline platform suite of products
*Identify key market requirements/opportunities to unlock revenue with new advertising products focused on businesses with a real-world presence aiming to drive sales in their stores
*Lead the growth strategy for these products and establish world-class go-to-market strategies Partner closely with product and engineering teams to drive growth of these ad products along with your functional partners in sales leadership, marketing, and partnership teams
*The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion and vision for mobile advertising, exhibit excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and product positioning skills, thrive in ambiguous environments, and drive impact across teams.

PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, ADS CREATIVE EXPERIENCES - ADS INTERFACES RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage, develop and grow a team of product marketers working across a portfolio of advertising products
 
  • Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market
 
 
  • Manage / guide a team that work with clients, partners, product and sales teams to understand business needs and outline the requirements of the market to inform the product roadmap
 
 
  • Aggregate, distill and prioritize product feedback from multiple sales and partnership channels
 
 
  • Lead market assessment to identify new product opportunities and represent voice of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis
 
 
  • Test and launch new products in market and lead comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy, product documentation, and sales collateral
 
 
  • Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan to support product launches and scaled adoption
 
 
  • Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., PR, product and engineering stakeholders, channel marketing) to deliver products to the market
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years experience in software or internet technology, including experience with digital advertising platforms
 
  • 4+ years management experience in product management, product marketing or online advertising
 
 
  • BA/BS degree required plus other relevant advanced degree preferred. Solid team leadership experience
 
 
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity
 
 
  • Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical ability, excellent written and oral communication skills.
 
 
  • Comfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge and experience with data-driven ads products
 
  • Experience in analytic fields such as strategy consulting, brand management, investment banking/venture capital
 
 
  • Product marketing experience in the internet sector or B2B tech and the ability to contribute at both strategic and operational levels
 
 
  • Experience launching or scaling business requirements with international teams/agencies or launching products in for retail clients
