Our IT department work collaboratively to innovate our business, in light of new growth and development of our IT function, we are looking for a product owner to support and manage the changes of new innovations and cutting edge solutions that align with our technology roadmap, business mission and objectives.
You must be able to adapt and work effectively with varied and changing situations, individuals or groups. The digital environment is fast paced and demanding; you will demonstrate the determination and ability to work under pressure whilst delivering high levels of performance and commitment to Harrods, customers and colleagues.
You'll be a seasoned Product Owner accustomed to working with consumer facing website and apps, ideally retail. You will have experience of working within an Agile/Scrum team on large scale web applications, ideally within online retail. Adept to managing senior stakeholders and influencing decisions. You'll have an ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of online user experience, information architecture, SEO and web analytics. Keen to build and innovate, you'll be flexible in your approach to work and motivated to deliver excellence.
As the Product manager you will be responsible for business engagement, for understanding impact of changes across the entire Harrods organisation, and managing the change through the impacted business areas. You will work with the business as part of an agile team building, testing and supporting highly usable, accessible, PCI compliant digital applications and experiences using cutting edge methodologies, technologies and tools.
This opportunity will play a pioneering role between Harrods and their newest solution partner, Farfetch to deliver an exceptional product. You'll work closely with all areas of the business to develop customer facing user stories, acceptance criteria and full business requirements. You'll convey this vision onwards to both in-house and external delivery teams.
Working alongside other Product Owners and Business Relationship Managers you will be responsible for the prioritisation and delivery of the digital product backlog. You will work with the delivery teams and Business Analysts to communicate priorities, business strategy, and ensure key requirements are clearly defined ensuring that Harrods continues to offer an unrivalled user experience.
