Manage allocated responsibilities from the Production team and contribute to regular department and briefing meetings.
Your role will shadow and work in tandem with the Production team, supporting producers throughout all aspects of the creative production process. Independently you will also concentrate on key aspects of content checks, job trafficking and communicating status updates.
Offer support to producers throughout shoot production process.
With direction, you will source and obtain props for shoots, research and book locations, oversee model casting and bookings and all other general shoot production tasks, including but not limited to, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing call sheets and organising catering.
You will need to confidently consult, brief and manage progress of the design and editorial teams to meet deadlines, plus be capable of trafficking jobs from start to finish.
Effectively brief in suppliers, manage quotes, organizing costs and billing of the jobs.
Responsible for commissioning illustrations and animations, from initial creative briefing to final delivery of assets. Management of monthly budget allocation.
Communicate timings and estimates internally as well as with suppliers and 3rd party commissions.
Responsible for general housekeeping duties such as maintaining the central information archive and project databases, along with filing content and production documents.
Ensure Creative team materials and requirements are maintained, including stationary, subscriptions, production kit and management of external storage unit.
Work closely with the Production team to achieve Creative initiatives and prioritised business requirements.
Report to the Creative Production Manager and directly support them day to day.
Strong communication skills are a must as is having a fantastic eye for detail and accuracy.
The ability to demonstrate a high degree of pro-activity and resourcefulness and maintain a professional approach to all elements of the role.
Ability to approach all problems and issues with a positive 'can do' attitude plus be confident in liaising with all departments at varied levels.
Excellent attendance and time management skills.
