The Production Assistant is an important support role in the strategic development of the company's creative approach to support new and emerging multi-channel content. ELC Studios supports the full UK business in the production of locally relevant, speed to market content to support all areas of marketing. ELC Studios is looking for a confident and proactive Production Assistant to coordinate studio operations and production workflows with a focus on forecasting, scheduling, reporting and budget management. Reporting into our Senior Producer, you will work closely with a team of Producers to ensure the smooth running of Production from reporting, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating resources to manage necessary studio needs.
As Production Assistant, you will ensure processes are followed, identify inefficiencies in workflow and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You collaborate and share best practices with your peers worldwide, delivering innovative operating procedures that can scale at high volumes whilst help to motivate the team to deliver results.

Fully support the Studio Team to ensure they have all the tools, resources and information they could possibly need to produce the best creative content in the industry
Managing the smooth day to day running of prep and shoot days, driving productivity and reducing inefficiencies
Support the Producers in managing, building & owning the shoot schedule ensuring we have made appropriate preparations in order to support teams, flag possible issues and maximize productivity
Maintaining all documentation – ensure that all documentation is consistent and follows our branding guidelines from workflows, call sheets and PPM decks to Production Handbooks
Support the Producers with close management of rate card budgets from providing estimates, tracking costs,
raising PO’s, managing expenses and reporting to Finance when required
Support the Producers in conducting weekly and monthly reporting on performance - ensuring maximum efficiency regarding targets and KPIs, report and action any patterns. Support Studio Team to achieve their
daily targets. Monitor the Studio Target Report and action on any discrepancies or patterns.
Managing all studio inventory and maintenance from set design to photography kits
Support with all IT, tech systems and studio software
Running PPM’s and daily Stand Ups when required
Responsible for all sample management and product delivery in advance of shoots
Ensuring studio environment is maintained at all times
When necessary, support Producers with project delivery and project management
Maintain great relationships and communication with all brand stakeholders
Review and streamline all efficiencies to ensure maximum productivity through relevant channels
First point of contact to transfer information between brands/ Producers and Studio Team
First point of contact within the studio for brands and Studio Team
Support all teams with adhoc requirements stepping in as a Runner when required
Previous operational experience in a high-volume studio
An ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across groups
Pro-active problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Excel
