The Creative Lab is TikTok’s in-house creative service, dedicated to producing best in class work on the platform throughout Europe. Based in London, the Creative Lab will help and inspire brands and agencies to push creativity and partnerships on the platform. We are looking for a dynamic Production Coordinator to join Creative Lab as a key day to day contact between the production team and external production company partners. You’ll help Creative Lab’s production team to deliver the highest quality content and experiential campaigns that leverage the best of TikTok’s formats, creators and culture for a hand-picked list of leader brands. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and project management skills, as well as a proven background of problem-solving. The success of Creative Lab is dependent on meaningful collaboration between TikTok’s sales and performance teams, production partners and clients, so your track record in collaborative and solutions-oriented business practices will be second to none.
Support Producers in the department on day to day production and creative service needs. Assist the department with production related requests from production companies and internal teams. Negotiate contracts and manage day to day relationships with suppliers and contractors. Definine and and agree SoW’s, project goals and plans, production contracts, estimates. Onboard new partners in cooperation with key internal stakeholders. Ensure productions are set up internally and have access to corporate resources/sites as necessary. Assist in tracking pipeline, executing against schedule changes, and organizing. Willingness to dig in and do what it takes to get the job done Ensure that Creative Lab runs on agile and cost effective production process. Build strong working relationships with production companies and third-party suppliers. Recommend best directors and production companies and develop a black book of industry contacts.
Experience in physical production. Knowledge of production, workflow, and deliverables. Bi-lingual (French, German or Spanish) communication skills and experience working with different groups of people from various departments. Organized and detail oriented. Experience with prioritization and juggling multiple assignments. Experience with computer programs, such as Outlook and Excel Social media native with an understanding of the wider digital communications landscape. Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
