We’re looking for a Social and Content Strategist with a passion for creating standout digital campaigns and social content to join MullenLowe Profero - the digital customer experience arm of MullenLowe Group.
You’ll be joining a dedicated team, working closely with other disciplines to transform brand experiences across social content, digital commerce platforms and customer engagement campaigns. You’ll speak to real customers, digest data, and work out what all that really means to people in order to identify and humanise insight. Responsible for authoring content strategies, you’ll create big picture content plans across digital channels, working with diverse teams to then translate those strategies into concepts and experiences.
You’ll be attracted to problems without obvious solutions, passionate about content, social and customer engagement, and committed to curiosity.
Having previous experience as a strategist or planner across social and digital content is a must for this one – you’ll also have a compelling and provocative point of view on the future of content, experiences and customer engagement and bring this to your day to day work.
Curious for what makes people tick with the ability to think through the eyes of the audience, you'll have experience working with trend and insight data to generate insightful strategies that help to solve clients’ problems.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading the creation of content strategies working across paid, owned and earned channels. Including paid and always on social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and facebook with owned channels such as E-commerce Websites, editorial blogs and Apps.
