Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively define and create value and impact for both clients and Wolff Olins
  • Inspire and organise teams, balancing the needs of the work with those of the individuals on the project
  • Produce complete confidence in clients by seeing the bigger strategic picture, fully understanding their worlds, commercialising our work accordingly and be persuasive and authoritative with them
  • Actively seek out ways your clients can make real and lasting change in their organisations and the world, and translate that into opportunities in your account – with the view that these opportunities will create lasting impact both within the client business and for Wolff Olins
  • Involved in the strategic content of your team’s work and an arbiter of quality with the highest standards
  • Comfortable at developing senior relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Naturally look to grow all your accounts and be fluent in both the financial health of your accounts and that of Wolff Olins
  • Direct Programme Managers/Senior Programme Managers on your accounts where appropriate and collaborate with the coach to set out a clear plan for their growth
  • Be a role model for members of the PGM community as well as Wolff Olins

Key Experience & Knowledge

  • The right individual will have substantial account management / producer experience leading teams of 8+, which could come from a consulting, creative, client or technology background. Programme Directors will most likely have worked on large accounts with a rich portfolio of B2B,
  • B2C and digital clients. Specific expertise in a sector or marketing discipline such as organisational change, innovation, digital, or technology, is desirable but not an essential requirement. Experience working in other geographies or markets, and fluency in a second language are also desirable.

IT/Technology Skills

Wolff Olins asks all staff to be highly proficient in Mac or PC operating systems and in the use of Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack
