Open City Documentary Festival is currently looking for a Programme & Guest Coordinator to join their team ahead of their tenth edition. The role will support the Director of Film Programme with programme research, tracking and communications with filmmakers, sales agents and rights holders for the 2020 festival. The role is admin based but will have the opportunity to contribute to the programme through viewing assigned films and providing reports to the Director of Film Programme. The successful candidate will also be responsible for guest coordination, working with the Festival Producer to coordinate travel, accommodation and other required logistics for around 50 visiting filmmakers and special guests. Acting as the liaison for external stakeholders including filmmakers, special guests and partners, the successful candidate will be a key member of the small but dedicated core festival team.
