Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, personable and committed individual to join The Trampery Family as a Programme Manager at The Trampery Fish Island Village. The Programme Manager will be responsible for running a range of on-site business support and advisory services, made possible by funding from the London Legacy Development Corporation, which will be available free of charge to fashion businesses at The Trampery Fish Island Village.
The Trampery Fish Island Village is Europe’s largest dedicated campus for emerging fashion businesses. The project aims to bring together London’s hottest fashion businesses, ranging from luxury labels to disruptive software platforms, and provide everything needed to help them grow. The campus comprises 11 buildings over 6 acres, running alongside the canal in Hackney Wick, East London. The site’s 50,000 square feet of space will include high-spec studios, a fully-equipped sampling suite, a co-working facility, a members lounge plus venues for sample sales and catwalk shows. A range of on-site business support and advisory services will be available free of charge to business, made possible by funding from the London Legacy Development Corporation.
Duties include
  • Leading The Trampery’s initiatives in the fashion sector.
  • Development and roll-out of High-Growth support programme for fashion labels based in East London at Fish Island Village.
  • Organisation of wide range of event formats including entrepreneur breakfasts, skill workshops and keynote speaker events.
  • Building an expert mentor network in Fashion.
  • Lead in managing and supporting new Fashion Advisory Board.
  • Tracking and reporting on participation.
  • Leading on Evaluation of the High Growth programme
  • Maintain existing strategic partner relationships associated with The Trampery and build new relationships.
  • Liaison with VIP speakers and programme contributors
  • Posting programme-related activity to Trampery social media channels.
  • Collaborate with other Trampery team members as relevant.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering learning or support programmes, or can demonstrate transferable experience.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion industry and strong industry connections.
  • Proven ability to build senior relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and new ideas.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
