WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Scoping, planning and specification of programmes up to and over £500k, with the collaboration of operations and business Lead
Coordinating new business and high-value implementations by task managing the key deliverables and actions of each integral IIG department (Marketing, Tech, People, Creative, Strategy, etc)
Establishing and manage all of the processes for a multi-site team
Day-to-day role in shaping and progressing the efficiency of assigned Client team proactively identifying and implementing improvements to processes
Lead and manage project manager setting precedent
Mentor junior team members and lead with a strong, exemplary work ethic, to ensure best practices are followed at all times
Digital innovation is key for the client you will ensure this is carried out
Create and manage master programme documentation effectively monitoring progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget
Maintain and support all the clients Brand guidelines and standards as specified and manage the quality control across all offices
Manage the flow of team-wide communications, ensuring information is disseminated through discipline teams as appropriate
Develop a consultative relationship with key marketing technology and operations clients
Overall responsibility for project governance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard for the marketing communication channel
Coordinate development and delivery activities among various project participants and stakeholders
Responsible for relationship management, cost, quality, and delivery of third-party vendors
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of current trends and events in new media and digital marketing.
Experience in operating as a mentor to junior team members.
Extremely well organised, with great attention to detail.
Good understanding of the importance of prioritising work/shifting priorities as required to meet ever-changing deadlines.
Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times.
Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to refine the key skills for running a business.
5+ years’ project management experience within an agency environment.
Proven track record directing a variety of integrated projects for Fortune 500 clients.
Experience managing multiple projects and pitches across multiple platforms.
Leader of a team with an exemplary work ethic and strategic mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations and Client-facing environments.
Solid experience of overseeing project budget management and scheduling – estimating, timings, costs and change order processing.
