Your role as Project Director in brief
You will be an integral part of a small, tight team that delivers great work across a range of exciting clients, overseeing large-scale complex projects to ensure consistency and quality of delivery. Your personality will be as critical to this role as your skillset.
You have the ability to manage multiple global accounts, with a strategic focus.
You'll have experience at an integrated agency working on FMCG, retail, or another fast-paced client.
You can cultivate confidence both internally, with all the different teams within McCann, and the client.
Your great partnerships with Creative, Planning, Account Handling & Craft help to create great work, and you are demonstrably enthusiastic about getting it done, on time and to budget!

A team player with excellent communication skills.
You'll have strong agency experience at a Senior level and have worked on typical through the line media both origination and adaptation from global ie TV, OOH, DOOH, Print, banners, OLV, VOD and Social. Any activation experience would also be welcomed.
You'll have high level client facing experience in both management and delivery of a wide range of projects, across multiple channels.
You can demonstrable experience in delivering projects to quality, on time and on budget.
You have a strong interest and appreciation of world class creative output.
You have excellent negotiation skills with ability to control and report on costs and budgets
You've got experience working in small, lean teams who operate as a consolidated and close unit.
