Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) for the UK office to assist with effectively and efficiently supporting senior management with organisation, scheduling, correspondence, and meetings. The role takes responsibility and ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and files. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with fluency in written English language and demonstrated stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with a fast-paced, start-up mindset in an international and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Work cross-functionally to facilitate effective communication between international teams
  • Partner with UK Programme Manager on various ad-hoc projects assigned by leadership
  • Complex calendar management and meeting prioritisation
  • Daily administrative duties to improve organisation across the UK org
  • Facilitating the co-ordination of weekly finance reports
  • Effective cross-functional communication with regular updates to the team on new business initiatives
  • Creating presentation templates for sales presentations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Proven experience in Administrative or Project Manager role
  • Possess ownership and strong execution; objective-focused and able to work independently and under pressure; self-driven and initiative-taking
  • Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box; curious about and keen on learning new things; compatible with the culture of Internet companies
  • Demonstrated objective-focused stakeholder management skills
  • Possess great organisation skills to manage time and schedules
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • mpeccable attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
  • Experience in the start-up or media / advertising world is a plus
