THG Studios is a is the internal creative division for THG, over 300 creative staff delivering amazing creative and visual campaigns for THG Brands. Across Design, Artwork, Video, Photography, Retouch, 3D, Production, Project Management and Strategy and many more areas of expertise. Currently across 6 sites globally Studios continues to grow.
To add to this internal creative studio offering with the acquisition of Hangar Seven and Brandhouse in 2017 and THG Ingenuity Studios now in growing our client offering outside THG Brands with the likes of ASDA, Kingfisher, Nintendo, Daily Mail Group, Nestle, Unilever, Honda and of course, Proctor and Gamble.
In early 2021 THG Studios will move to a brand new creative content studio based at Manchester airport, ICON The ICON development, which will be delivered by ICON Industrial, will provide an extra 104,000 sq. ft. of office space over four floors as well as additional content creation facilities totalling 168,000 sq. ft. This £100 Million + investment within THG Studios will ensure that THG Studios continues to be a market leading creative business.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Drive as a Team Leader for the allocated division to ensure that all marketing collateral and workflow from brand / Client teams are managed efficiently to all relevant departments. Overseeing all resource planning and traffic management, ensuring that the development of all projects occurs in a timely fashion, adheres to a quality brief and meets the high-quality standards required.
You’ll be an experienced Senior Project Manager with an understanding of the creative industry including design, video, photography and artwork.
You’ll have ideally gained your experience within an fast paced environment working on a range of projects of sizes and volumes
Previous experience in managing a team of project managers and leading on training and development
Drive productivity and commerciality considering recoverability and innovation with team growth
A proven background of management of a a wide range of teams and projects in varied sizes.
A fantastic organiser with ability to manage workflow and budgets
Champion new processes and better ways of working with the divisions you lead. Working together to
Strong communication skills, a natural relationship builder with the commercial acumen to drive and increase proficiency.
Developing close and productive working relationships with all the Creative planning team, showing leadership and support to surrounding divisions when needed, educating efficient ways of working.
From the Campaign direction and insight, drive the Creative teams to execute 360 Creative Campaign concepts that can be cascaded into content for every work-stream.
