***Open to Long Term Contract/Freelance***

We’re looking for a driven, personable and energetic problem solver, with impeccable organisation to manage the day-to-day management of the LoveGunn client portfolio.

The successful candidate will be given the freedom to think creatively and grow alongside the team. The role will be predominently managing the existing client base alongside managing a network of suppliers but also development new business, content creation and social media. You will need the start-up mentality of all hands-on deck.

It is desirable that the applicant meets the following requirements:

  • 2/3 years experience in a branding, creative or marketing agency
  • Experience of managing and maintaining client accounts with a range of businesses, from large to small
  • Budget management and experience managing a range of stakeholders
  • Industry experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of success
  • The ability to start conversations with new brands and create opportunities
  • Extreme attention to detail, be organised and able to hit deadlines without supervision
  • A naturally confident and competitive personality with a passion to grow a start-up
  • The ability to adapt to the LoveGunn ethos and be immersed in current trends
  • A natural ability to articulate when communicating with clients and the team
  • A passion for thinking outside the box and pushing boundaries
  • Great writing skills
  • Be proficient in the use of Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel & CRM system

Key Responsibilities include
  • Key contact on projects for the internal team, clients, new business and suppliers
  • Creating proposals and briefs for project scope and deliverables
  • Preparing and managing timelines and budgets
  • Managing project process from ideas through to completion across a multitude of disciplines
  • Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships
  • Contributing and presenting pitches and development
  • Managing client Brand Workshops (with a lead from MD/CD) and taking responsibility for note taking/status reporting
  • Keeping clients updated on progress reports, writing up contact reports, following meetings and agreed actions
  • Liaising with third parties including copywriters, suppliers and businesses
  • Establish an enthusiastic and professional relationship with clients
  • Drive the positive external profile of the agency
  • Assist with the creation of pitch materials and oversee the strategic elements including competitor analysis, gathering content and supporting on pitch theatre
  • Liaise with the creative team to make sure the LoveGunn credentials documents and presentations are up to date and inline with the target market
