Studio Admin –
Coordination of diaries
Collate & manage list of suppliers & contractors
Manage FF&E/OS&E database
Edit templates when/where necessary
Organise travel
Keep all documentation and filing in order
Maintain sample library
Manage outings to exhibitions/art fairs etc
Manage company portfolio - update new projects

Project Work -
Create/update/manage schedules
Create and manage budgets
Co-ordinate installation schedules
Agendas and itineraries
Project timelines
Develop supplier briefs
Manage suppliers across projects
Create and manage proiect payment plans
Assist with onsite styling

Post project Work -
Ensure all invoices and budgets are updated at the end of each project
Handover folders and docs up to date
Manage photo shoots logistics

Note -
There can be some creative work included if that is desired .....
