We have an exciting opportunity for an organised team-player to join the vibrant and award-winning Vintage Publicity team as a Publicity Assistant.
As Publicity Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the team. This role requires organisation and efficiency, confident communication skills and exceptional time-management. Tasks will include supporting publicists with their campaigns and events, helping with author schedules, writing press releases, liaising with journalists, authors and the public, managing internal communications, and updating databases.
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with a love of books who is keen to learn and able to use their initiative.

Salary: £23,000
This is a 9 month contract with a start date of Jan 2020.
