We are growing our international community of boutiques and are looking for a new SDR to help us build a steady flow of qualified leads. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Trouva and is ready to get stuck into this brand new role and help us build out the processes that enable the Business Development team to scale.
Generate a pool of 20 qualified leads each week
Utilise a variety of communication methods, tools and processes to facilitate inbound and outbound lead generation
Manage your pipeline conscientiously to ensure it is pristine and no lead falls through the cracks
Ensure due diligence is carried out on all leads so we are confident that they meet Trouva’s high standards
Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in the Hubspot
Research and actively listen to target leads to create analysis of the prospect before handing them over to one of our Business Development Executives for them to pitch
Educate leads on Trouva acting as a subject matter expert and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with a BDE
Work closely with your BD team colleagues to hit targets and manage a smooth and professional experience for leads
Test and learn new approaches consistently improving our playbook
1 - 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or similar field
Fluent in English plus native fluency in a European language (or two!)
Proficient in the use of IT systems including windows/Google Suite and experience with sales tools, particularly Hubspot
Passionate about selling and driven to pick up the phone and speak to leads
Tenacious and self motivated to hit targets and find new ways of working
Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects.
Articulate and confident in all communication styles, including written, verbal, presentation and social media.
Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the value for both the company and customer.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
Able to work from home successfully but candidates will have to be able to come into central London in the future.
Competitive salary: £26,000 - £30,000 OTE
