Our Client Services team serves as the first line of contact with our clients. They identify client needs and work strategically to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. We set the bar high at R/GA. We don’t just strive to solve our client’s problems; we challenge ourselves to transform their entire category.
The Senior Account Director leads and manages client engagement that exists within the R/GA global network from our London office. In addition, this person is responsible for client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of the agency’s services.
On any given day you might…
  • Lead, develop and take ownership of 2 x main high value accounts
  • Lead work which is strategic development, digital activations and brand experiences
  • Setting the account vision and tangible account plans
  • Influence senior-level client relationships by forming strategic partnerships
  • Responsibility for driving growth of the one FMCG client and one lifestyle brand client through identifying Digital Innovation opportunities, selling in R/GA’s point of view to senior clients and developing and implementing growth strategies into work
  • Identify and build an ongoing pipeline of opportunity that converts into work and revenue that delivers across the year
  • Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and working with agency teams across the IPG network
  • Drive the impact of the work we make to ensure it is memorable and meaningful at all times, championing the vision of the agency both internally and externally with clients and agencies

You must have...
  • Experience working within both FMCG and retail clients
  • Experience having led relationships across networked agencies and matrixed client organisations would be a benefit
  • Experience building a high-performing team culture within the agency
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best work
  • Someone who lives and breathes creativity and innovation, and knows how to foster a culture to deliver this is a must. The work is mainly digital ecosystems across emerging experiences, activations and e-commerce.
