We are on the lookout for a really strong Senior Account Executive who will be looking to step up to an Account Manager role within the next year, or an Account Manager who has recently stepped up.

You will be joining a well-established, independent agency, they work across a great roster of clients from music channels, property and charity sectors. They offer a fantastic benefits package and opportunity to travel.

This is a fantastic time to join a new and exciting brand team this agency are creating for a biotech client that make innovative products and technologies. They need communications and marketing campaigns to reach their global audience. Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked within this space before and used to dealing with corporate clients. As they are a big client this role will likely require a primary focus on this account over the next 12 months but there will be the opportunity to work on other brands too. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager you will be organising shoots, resourcing and supporting in any way to ensure smooth delivery.

Essential Requirements:
  • A highly talented and personable Senior Account Exec or Manager with 2-4 years of experience in a client services role.
  • Must be able to develop strong client relationships, to also guiding and inspiring the designers within your agency team.
  • Ambitious, energetic, enthusiastic and highly driven individual who has an ability to hold their own within the team.
  • You will be involved in the creation and delivery of an incredibly varied range of brand communications and campaign projects so experience of this is ideal.
  • Able to work closely with the creative and design teams to turn business challenges into beautifully crafted work on time and on budget.
  • Work with the leadership team to define the scope of projects, creating detailed plans encompassing project stages, delivery dates, budget and resource requirements and producing accurate statements of work.
  • Provide effective direction to ensure that clients and creative team members are kept up to date on all project developments.
  • Identify, communicate and escalate any issues such as project delays or cost over-runs, communicating with all stakeholders, managing client expectations and advising on actions.
  • Should have a good understanding of technical development and the processes required when delivering campaigns and projects across multiple channels.
  • A strong presenter who is able to confidently and clearly present strategy, creative, production with clear narrative and flow.
  • Good eye for creative work and strong attention to detail but also able to see the bigger picture and think longer term.
  • Someone with confidence, maturity, intelligence and a strong sense of fun.
  • Have a visa to work in the UK or a European passport to apply for this role.
