As a Senior Account Manager you’ll be a key role at a small but growing agency, working on various clients to help them transform and get ahead of the curve using tech and digital to make their brand stand out amongst all the digital noise out there. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a London agency who value a collaborative environment and believe that great work starts with a great team behind it.
They are always looking for ways to improve, whether that is better processes or better ways of making even better work – there is always room for improvement!

Who are we looking for?
  • Someone who is keen to deliver excellent client service
  • You can ensure that all projects are completed within the given timeline and budget
  • You’re an SAM with experience working in the digital world
  • Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams
  • Can ensure everyone understands and is on-task for completing the project
  • You have worked on website projects
  • You can help to create project plans, timelines, and budgets, and to report on these
  • Someone who knows when to delegate tasks; can keep the Director informed
  • You are a clear communicator and can manage an Account Executive who will report into you; help them to learn and develop, inspire them to be proactive
  • You should be comfortable working with creatives and designers and being able to relay client feedback, while also ensuring that project budgets and timelines fit their needs

What will your long-term goals be for our team and our clients?
  • Help us to drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive and ongoing account plan for each of them, while also building new client relationships
  • You have confident presentation skills; you know how to sell an idea because you understand them and what they need
  • Contribute to and monitor accurate and clear revenue projections to support in meeting targets and proactively managing resource within the studio
  • You will be working alongside the company leaders, to help identify new opportunities for growth of both existing accounts and bringing on new ones
  • You will have the opportunity to work on new business proposals, as well as credentials documents; will assist the CEO on things like pitch submissions
