This role will allow a highly ambitious candidate to hone their account management within a hugely creative and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business and objectives and offer creative and strategic input to propose the right solutions, and then work with the internal teams to deliver campaigns on timescale and to budget.

• To successfully manage a diverse range of accounts for commercial projects, brands, and Bompas & Parr self-initiated projects
• Drive projects from start to finish and ensure seamless delivery on time and on budget
• Manage project finances from budgeting, tracking, reporting and reconciliation
• Be responsible for all project documentation
• Contribute in the development of proposals and new business pitching

Key Responsibilities
• Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day to day client communication
• Project manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensuring they are on brief from concept to delivery
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
• Understand our client’s business and objectives, as well as those of Bompas & Parr self-initiated project; input strategically to develop creative briefs
• Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers where needed • Live events pre-production and operations management as required
• Manage and support technical production requirements if needed

Essential experience
• Demonstrable experience of delivering as an Account Manager in an agency environment
• Outstanding client facing and negotiation skills
• Expert oral and written communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google apps and Keynote

Desirable experience
• A working knowledge of the drinks industry
• Live event experience
• Experience of working in a creative/design lead environment
• Some experience in brand strategy
