As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be encouraged to challenge the norm and drive the client and team to innovate in the world of social and connected platforms. This role works across a number of brands in the sports, entertainment and gambling space so you will have a passion and understanding of sports (teams and the athletes) and its role within culture.
The role sits within our client management team, the engine powering much of the company’s success. You are the person everyone wants in the room. You will work closely with the rest of the agency to help deliver creative and effective award-winning work for some of the biggest brands globally. Here, we aim for nines and tens. Low-balling for a safe six is just not us.
What does the role involve?
Working closely with the Account Director in your team you will manage daily client briefs, the strategic and creative process, as well as overseeing production procedures. You will work with the team to run analytical client reports and be able to understand and explain the results. You will attend regular team and client meetings with a key understanding of the asks involved and an idea of the solutions required.
You will have a close handle on briefs coming in, in order to turn them around to tight deadlines, working with the strategic, creative, production and data teams. You will build and nurture relationships with both your team and clients, being a key client contact on a daily basis. You will be one of the key people to see the brief through to delivery to a high standard.
What you need
Strong sports knowledge and experience– leveraging your passion and expertise to enable the brand to flourish in this arena
Experience of content production from start to finish for both ATL / TVC and social platforms
Brilliant social media understanding – demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of platforms, distribution of content and earned media
Leadership skills – ability to excite and motivate your client and your team to create award-winning effective work
Strong social skills – great at building senior client relationships
Creative and curious mindset – to deliver high quality work in all channels
Confident presenter and communicator
Excellent time management – able to manage own time as well as others in the teams
Experience of working with talent, influencers and partners
