Riding high on our recent success in gaining a shiny D&AD Pencil, we are excited to be in a position to bring in a Senior Creative Team to bolster our creative output further.
If you have the ability to lead through the power of an idea; to galvanise an internal team of Strategists, Client Services and Specialist Creatives around a clear creative vision; and deliver compelling stories for our clients - then, this is the role for you.
You will work across a roster of clients including McDonald’s, Vue, Petronas and adidas. As well as new business pitches and internal initiatives. As a senior team, you will develop and stretch your capabilities with the potential to build campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE AGENCY
You are a master in generating ideas that inspire, delight and create behaviour change on a mass scale. Your ideas can spark movements. As a Senior Team, you are equally gifted in converting the ideas into inspirational and actionable copy, as well as actionable visuals.
Briefs
  • An expert at collaborating with Strategists to turn insights into compelling and effective ideas.
  • Confident in questioning briefings (client or agency) in order to ensure the potential of an opportunity is both spotted and maximised.
  • Proven ability of stretching a brief into campaigns beyond their initial parameters.
Idea Generation
  • Ability to create brand-building ideas that span traditional and new media channels
  • Apply concepts to multi-channel touchpoints across customer journeys with the aim of creating memorable consumer experiences.
  • An appetite to seek new technology and data-driven ideas.
Craft skills
  • Competently be able to interpret and apply a clients’ tone of voice & brand positioning in accordance with channel appropriateness.
  • Guide specialist creatives – illustrators, photographers, Motion teams, designers – to take initial scamps to a visually stunning execution
  • Clear, succinct, persuasive copy & skilled in switching tone of voice across. long and short-form.
Client Relationships
  • A coherent and inspirational presenter, who is great at selling ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Able to contribute intelligently at client meetings.

  • A desire to push and be pushed to create outstanding work each and every time.
  • Portfolio should contain examples of successful retail, digital, social and experiential campaigns for well-known brands.
