Farfetch is looking for a Senior Brand Activation Executive to manage the delivery of brand projects. The ideal candidate will be provided the unique opportunity to develop their knowledge of the fashion sector through exposure across our business.
This is an exciting role for a Senior Brand Activation Executive who is passionate about Project Management, Branding, Creative, Media, Digital and Fashion Culture. You will take a leading role in facilitating and delivering the creative production of the FARFETCH always-on content, and collaborate daily with a talented and dedicated team of designers and marketers in an environment with a great culture. The work is fast paced and challenging with scope for learning new skills.
What you'll do
Manage projects from inception through delivery, most specifically our always-on content briefs.
Partner closely with the Marketing function to understand creative needs and receive, interrogate and write instructive creative briefs, ensuring enough information and details are provided to creative, fashion and editorial teams to deliver the work in the most effective manner.
Collaborate closely with our Marketing Planning teams to receive briefs aligned with our marketing calendar and ensure the creative is always delivered on time to push live across all of the marketing channels under their remit.
Set and manage timelines for each brief to ensure projects are run on time and within budget.
Work closely with the Creative Director, the Editor-In-Chief, and various key members of our creative, fashion and editorial teams to plan projects, resources and prioritisation of tasks.
Manage reviews and creative approvals during the lifecycle of each project between content, brand and marketing stakeholders.
Run regular meetings with the creative, editorial and fashion teams to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Keep our creative status document always updated with the latest development and key information for all teams to be aware of.
Support the brand team by providing competition monitoring.
Who you are
Experience managing creative briefs in agencies or in house environments.
Excellent grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner.
Great communication skills - both verbally and written.
Drive and enthusiasm for quick turn-around projects.
Demonstrable ability to deeply understand brand purpose and identity and the luxury fashion landscape, and apply your knowledge across cross- functional teams for Farfetch - especially interrogating briefs, communicating to designers, managing stakeholders.
