About the Role
We are looking for an experienced brand designer with the vision, forethought and the inspiration to take the Acast brand to the next level and make us future proof, to join our global marketing team. You’ll deliver high-quality materials across the marketing spectrum. This role will report directly to our VP of brand, manage our future junior brand designer and will also work closely with our product design team. The role will be located in our London office, and remotely initially.

As the senior brand designer you’ll own the Acast brand, and ensure the highest quality and consistency across our internal and external visual brand. You’ll work closely with our product, tech, sales and podcast teams - as well as the junior designer - to deliver a broad range of output, from web design to presentations, branding materials to podcast artwork, video to marketing collateral.
This is a fast-paced role in the world’s biggest podcast company where you will generate plenty of ideas and work, while managing multiple projects. A love of podcasts and technology will be a definite advantage.

Specifically, the successful candidate will:

  • Continue to establish the Acast visual brand across all external and internal marketing and brand touchpoints
  • Use your experience across brand, digital, all social media formats, print, web and video design to create consistent eye-catching work and assets that speak to Acast’s position as the world’s leading podcast company
  • Manage and develop the future junior brand designer
  • Clearly articulate your vision, ideas and design decisions across the business
  • Experience in video/motion graphics is highly desirable
  • Have at least basic HTML + CSS skills

  • Previous experience working in the media, technology or entertainment industry is a bonus
  • A love of podcasts is a must
