The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our team and use their creativity to help define the future of Trouva.
You'll work with our brand marketing team to help visualise and distribute communications across our core marketing channels. The role also works closely with our Product Designers to help create and deliver engaging, exciting and interactive experiences on
What you’ll do
  • Lead and create on the ideation and output of all brand assets
  • Work with the wider Brand Marketing team to deliver against strategic commercial goals
  • Support the social and content team in creative ideation and storytelling through playful yet impactful design
  • Collaborate with Product Design on a daily basis to elevate our product experiences and ensure our identity is reflected within our UI
  • Establish brand design best practice and visual identity guidelines alongside our Product Design Lead
  • Help develop a distinct brand identity that can translate 360 across, email, social, print and paid advertising


  • A portfolio and proven experience. We’re looking for a strong understanding of typography, colour, motion, and overall brand thinking
  • Clear communicator and can articulate design decisions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Can work autonomously and take ownership of work from concept to execution
  • Deep knowledge of standard design software (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects)
  • Strong connection to Trouva's brand ethos and shares our brand vision
