Who are you?

We’re looking for an experienced creative who’s passionate about the internet, its conversations and its inhabitants - particularly influencers, who they’ll be truly inspired by. Someone who understands the current media landscape and embraces the ever-changing nature of it. Someone with an editorial mind, who comes up with stories that tap into people's interests, and who can think of the best (and not always obvious) personalities to tell them. And that understands that creativity isn’t great if it doesn’t meet results.After exciting our clients with your creative approach to the problem, you’ll lead our brilliant team of influencer managers on their hunt for the right collaborators, and ensure the resulting work makes us proud.You will be joining a small and growing team at This Here focused on creatively brilliant intelligent and creative influencer outreach across the world, building strong relationships that result in work we love.Though we're ideally seeking permanently, we're open to hearing from freelancers, as well as those seeking something more solid, even if that means a 2-day-a-week contract around ‘life’, whatever that may be.

Your Role

Your day to day tasks will include:
  • Offer creative solutions to client’s briefs, mainly by developing engaging concepts and campaign ideas that put influencers at the centre.
  • Gather current insights and translate them into work that connects with people in an emotional level.
  • Collaborate on strategies that amplify our work.
  • Maintain a coherent creative narrative for our clients, making sure their voices are consistent across all collaborations.
  • Elevate the creative output through all parts of the process: from questioning the brief, to overseeing the execution.
  • Present your ideas and convince.
  • Brief and collaborate with creative researches in order to find the best people to collaborate with for each project.
  • Support the data team by asking better questions from our data.
Essential requirements and experience
  • Proven experience delivering effective creative work on digital. Direct experience in Influencer Marketing is absolutely not mandatory.
  • Editorial mind: capable of bringing concepts to life by finding the right stories and the right people to tell them.
  • Good understanding of media landscape. Passion for discovering new formats.
  • Strong presentation skills. Ability to explain creative thinking and ensure understanding and implementation.
  • Ability to use data to inform creative process.
  • Versatility and flexibility: we’re a small team and don’t have big agency structures or processes
