The Role

Want to be part of a forward thinking, high energy creative team and play a key role in shaping strategy and identity across four high street fashion brands? As a Senior Creative Manager you’ll have full accountability for all digital touch points - across our Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Miss Selfridge and Outfit brands - including affiliates to art-directing digital trends shoots - both still life, model and film. You’ll also lead and inspire the design team by driving and implementing new creative design development across our multiple fashion brands.

Day To Day

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to generate and develop new ideas
  • Produce creative proposals for all shoots, present ideas to the Directors for regular sign off and share agreed proposals with the wider team
  • Deliver all art direction for digital fashion stills and film that will be used through all digital touch points, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and desirable within agreed budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, film makers, stylists and freelance designers
  • Manage the creative department's headcount, structure and ways of working, implementing best practice at all times
  • Build and inspire a high performing team that are positive, collaborative and resilient
  • Daily review and sign off on all creative digital design work across all platforms (desktop, app, mobile, tablet)
  • Keep up to date with competitor activity and highlight opportunities to team
  • Work with key members to ensure new development for the sites are produced when require

Must Haves

  • Strong digital design experience within fashion retail
  • Advanced Adobe skills - you’ll need to be comfortable teaching/supporting to junior members of the team when needed
  • Excellent creative flair with strong story telling skills and the ability to predict forthcoming moods, trends, themes
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on building and maintaining a strong team
  • Ability to manage high pressure situations, tight deadlines and a heavy daily workload
  • Art direction and shoot environment experience and have a book of industry contacts and experts such as photographers, videographers, stylists, set builders, freelance designers etc
  • Passion for retail/lifestyle/fashion brands and strong customer knowledge
