We’re looking for a seasoned designer, leader and collaborator, with an amazing track in hands on directing, crafting and building world class products.
What we are looking for as a Senior Design Manager:
  • Strong product design background, with a clear idea of what great looks like across the relevant sub-disciplines (mental modelling, UI and interaction patterns, visual and motion, research, etc)
  • A profound understanding of how great design drives key KPIs, such as conversion rates, as well overall business OKRs
  • Able to point to success in complex, consumer-facing international businesses, having solved difficult product challenges across multiple platforms, services and use cases
  • An inspiring designer and manager, capable of raising and setting new standards
  • A proven track record in being highly effective at cross-functional stakeholder management – you will be ‘The Glue’
  • A strong and credible contributor to executive team decision-making, with an empowering and collaborative leadership style
  • Highly analytical, with a structured problem-solving approach, metrics/KPI driven, embedding a culture of data and fact-based decision-making across the design team
  • Razor-sharp focus, and the ability to ‘cut through noise’ to make sound and rapid commercial decisions
