We help brands express themselves be it through visuals, animations, colours or any of the other tools at our disposal.

Take creative ownership for a key client or clients, providing thought leadership and design direction.
Demonstrate a full understanding of each client’s brand values, guidelines and briefs and ensure all finished work complies with these guidelines.
Lead on complex and high profile work requiring depth and breadth of experience and creative thinking.
Confidently lead and mentor the more junior members of the design team.
Take personal responsibility for on-time deliverables and expertly crafted design that adheres to client equity and standards.
Demonstrate and maintain standards of excellence in illustration, typography, photography and new creative arenas as they emerge.
Proficient in the most up-to-date design programs and is always eager to research and learn about new tools, tips, and tricks.
Analyse problems, anticipate consequences, and eliminate obstacles to successfully complete projects.
Proactively research and pursue ideas for professional development; seeks out creative mentorship and inspiration
Exhibit a clear ability to self-edit and to deliver valid initial thinking; is adept at managing and prioritizing within timelines for project milestones.
5+ years of experience as professional Visual Designer in multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio.
Outstanding portfolio showcasing digital platform experience.
A strong conceptual thinker with solid typography skills.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
Expert proficiency in Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop and other design programs.
Understanding of the technical possibilities and limitations of Web development, with an emphasis on front-end development (CSS, HTML5, etc.).
Strong organisation skills and keen attention to detail.
General understanding of browser/platform constraints as they affect online design.
Ability to animate in After Effects a strong plus.
Ability to prototype, either in code or the latest prototyping tools is also a strong plus.
