The Senior Designer will play an important role in the 160/90 team, creating work and being the lead designer on a large majority of our clients. They will be working alongside a small but powerful team on ideation, development and execution of culture-led content and campaigns for Fortune 100 companies looking to leverage culture to make a material business impact.
The candidate will be a fresh, creative thinker, able to translate ideas and concepts into vibrant executions.
The candidate will be working on creative for both current and potential clients, bringing ideas to life visually in proposals and overall pushing the creativity of the group.
The senior designer will form part of the international creative team working across clients from our offices in London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Sydney and beyond!
It is important to be able to demonstrate experience working across all marketing channels and mediums with a strong detail orientation and a fresh design aesthetic.

Partner with the team to develop creative solutions that answer and exceed client briefs
Plan and development the executions of design solutions for online, social, experiential and entertainment.
Review design briefs with the Creative Director and add value to ensure the team has the appropriate information and direction.
Ensure standards for creative deliverables are maintained through to completion (concepts, layouts, final mechanicals, etc.)
To respond quickly to business and client needs (e.g. short timescale projects, last-minute requests and last-minute changes)
Present creative recommendations to internal and external clients
Contribute to the development of standards and procedures set by the CD and Creative Manager.
Ensure that projects are housed in compliance with the server rules and regulations
Communicate with the Creative Director and respective teams ensuring project deliverables are met
Be a people person, we succeed as a team.
Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Word.
Understanding and/or interest in culture and entertainment.
Excellent understanding and experience of traditional and contemporary design, including Social, Content Experiential, Illustration, Logos, Icons, OOH Signage, Event Graphics, etc
Ability to work at both a leading and tactical level – serving as both a solo contributor and leading on external design production staff as required.
Ability to articulate and present design thoughts and creative ideas in a concise manner
Team player, open to feedback, master of multitasking, can work under tight, demanding deadlines.
Ability to craft design ideas and visuals that convey a brand message.
Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups.
Strong work ethic with the flexibility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment.
