Designwerk are looking for a Senior Designer who is keen to make an impact in a creative studio. With the agency growing rapidly, there has never been a better time to join the team! You will be working in a fast-paced, welcoming studio alongside a friendly and dedicated team.
The role is working on a well known entertainment brand across a diverse range of projects, spanning brand identity systems, marketing strategy and integrated digital/print campaign roll out. Experience designing for brands within the entertainment, media, streaming sectors is highly desirable.
The right candidate will have experience working on a key account at a brand agency or brand side as lead designer, with at least 5 years’ design experience under their belt.
The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic person who works well under pressure and can thrive in a deadline driven atmosphere. They must have a strong individual sense of aesthetics and be able to conceptualise stylish, elevated ideas. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.
A strong strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand systems
Demonstrable experience working brand side or on a key account within an agency - delivering consistent, strategic design support
Experience designing for print, digital and campaigns
An expert in all Adobe programs, Microsoft Powerpoint and G-suite
Solid experience creating presentations and communicating design thinking to a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrable understanding of working to scale across bespoke print and OOH
Keen eye for detail and accuracy and artwork experience setting up files for print and digital production
Good command of verbal and written English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of guideline creation and following existing brand guidelines
Experience cutting out and retouching images, creating realistic mock-ups and concepts to help sell in ideation
