The NET-A-PORTER Group Ltd are now seeking a talented Senior Designer on an 8 Month Fixed Term Contract to join the Creative team based in our offices in Westfield London. Reporting into the Creative Director, you will be tasked with working with Editorial, Photography, Marketing, Fashion, Web production, UX, email and mobile teams to design and deliver excellent visual assets, campaigns, graphic design and content for use across marketing and social channels. You will be a consummate and experienced designer with a history of creating successful luxury creative across a broad scope of executions from print to web, both graphics, video and stills.
Lead and manage project ideation and conceptual development based on creative and design direction whilst meeting business requirements.
Keep up to date with trends and new ideas and interpret those into relevant creative.
Ensure all creative produced is of a very high standard and always succeeds against the briefed requirements.
Meet stringent deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ensure all images are optimized for all devises. Retouching images as required.
Become a brand guardian by reviewing designs for consistency and maintaining the style guide whilst keeping it current and revise as necessary.
Be proactive in developing ideas and concepts to further enhance the group and its wider business needs.
Conceptualize and create mood boards for a shoot. Work closely with shoot producer to source all supporting roles as well as oversee postproduction and final delivery.
Art direct shoots and deliver images that match the concepts and fulfil the marketing requirements.
Be comfortable working with professional video teams to create high quality rich content for site and social channels.
Ability to work flexibly and self-manage time under the guidance of the Creative Director

Supporting teams across the department and liase with various teams within the group when required.
Mentor and help colleagues deliver a high standard of work.
Work on a variety of projects for online and offline that will meet the ever-evolving needs of the business.
Actively create an in -depth project and asset resource structure for the team to easily and efficient access current and past work.
Ensure you have the relevant experience of all software programs and constantly update your skills as required.
A passion for all things digital and fashion.
Proficiency knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of After effects, Sketch a plus.
Good print knowledge, pre-press, materials and techniques.
Proven design experience for a fashion brand or retailer.
Fashion and still photography knowledge, you can talk about photography and work with the photographer to achieve the desired result.
A detail-oriented and deadline driven mind, you are able to multitask with solid organizational and time management.
Ability to work quickly from concept creation to finished product.
A pro-active attitude and are able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve customer experience.
A flexible working attitude, someone who is willing to go the extra mile to contribute to great teamwork.
Self-motivation and are a self-starter.
