Description

THE ROLE
Development of strategies to accelerate growth and engagement of digital audiences across Stella McCartney social channels, Content, E-commerce and print media
  • Regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting on campaign performance and in-depth analysis for relevant stakeholders and to inform implementation recommendations for optimisation
  • Ensuring budget is used effectively to achieve commercial goals
  • Ensuring quality checks are carried out on content activity to ensure accuracy and consistency across the brand messaging externally
  • Optimise and drive growth across Meta Search Channels
  • Working cross-functionally across the Image & Content, Brand Marketing, E-commerce teams
  • Active monitoring of the competitive landscape, offering strategic recommendations to the CMO and market insight
  • Keeping up to date with emerging marketing channels, consumer and digital trends and share these insights across the wider teams
  • Delivering strategies that are conscious of the customer experience at all times, to optimise the experience
  • Supporting the co-ordination of initiatives with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager
  • Ensuring common processes are used and that central initiatives and best practice are rolled out to benefit multiple markets and social channels
  • Delivering a range of communications projects across online, email and print media
  • Ad hoc reporting or other administrative tasks requested by the CMO
THE IDEAL PERSON
  • Prior digital communications experience either in-house or agency, preferably with Luxury fashion brands
  • Previous project management experience in similar field/role
  • Efficient in communicating cross functionally at all levels of the company
  • Previous team management
