Description

What the job does:
The Senior Digital Content Manager will be passionate about digital content with rich experience in planning and executing creative, yet commercial, online activations and campaigns. You will think innovatively to provide an enriched customer experience that both educates and entertains until the point of purchase.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Content, you will successfully drive the content strategy across all digital touchpoints for both BAU areas of the site and new product campaigns, whilst supporting in broader digital projects enhance our virtual offering.
In the role, you will be key to aligning internal stakeholder teams to ensure the customer interacts with pertitent, engaging content that aligns with business objectives and ultimately drives trade.

  • Partner with the NA eCommerce Co-ordinator on creating NPD trackers for all new launches, updating twice weekly for all relevant markets. Feedback any key findings to wider teams, providing actionable recommendations
  • Managing and developing the Digital Content team providing clear guidance, proactive coaching and support across all projects and BAU activity
  • Oversee the running of the global digital content function – the creative and commercial content for BAU and new campaign launches, as well as strategic digital projects
  • Develop and maintain the 360 content calendar and strategy across all digital touchpoints to align the narrative for each campaign to deliver an exciting, streamlined content plan that delivers high engagement and successful trade
  • Lead in the creative ideation and execution for new campaigns, product launches, and brand equity moments achieving high customer engagement, and conversion, through innovative digital activations
  • Oversee the end to end creation of new pages and functionalities by working across functions to develop highly engaging, experiences to enhance the customer journey
  • Manage the BAU and day-to-day running of all onsite content from homepage, PDPs, PLPs and content pages to ensure they align with trade and marketing initiatives
  • Support on building out the content and online marketing strategies behind key digital projects, whilst project managing the build and execution
  • Establish effective working relationships with internal partners across the digital, creative, marketing and technology teams to efficiently deliver an enriched customer experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Liaise with Tech to identify new opportunities for content enhancements – both for the customer and team productivity – are captured within the roadmap to allow for significant advances in content presentation and efficient in resourcing content creation
  • Proactively use data to drive decisions to optimise future content placements, briefs and work reactively to ensure continued high performance
  • Constantly seek to improve team and stakeholder processes to drive efficiency and ensure all go live deadlines are met

Requirements

You will have/be:
  • Extensive experience within a digital and a strong focus on content and marketing is a must
  • Experience working with creative, marketing and technology teams
  • Experience managing a multi-skilled team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, continually adapting environment with multiple moving projects and targets
  • Thinks both highly creatively and commercially with an innovative flare
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Genuine, patient, malleable, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Eager to learn and values continued self-development and the development of others
  • Preferably experienced working in luxury online retail
  • Experience with CMS platforms a plus
