As the Senior Digital Designer at Gravity Road you will report directly to our Executive Creative Director, working closely to ensure the creative excellence of all our design output. You will inspire the design team to think creatively about digital formats, constantly experimenting and innovating with what is possible, pushing platforms to their limit. You will be adept at working on a variety of projects, from social content through to print adverts, delivering award-winning work for some of the biggest brands globally.
You will work alongside other creatives, guiding the art direction of a range of ideas. You will be confident in your skill and artistic vision, a team player that loves collaboration and comfortable voicing your opinion to senior stakeholders. We aim for 9s and 10s and you’ll be someone that also wants to push creativity forward and do amazing work.
You will be responsible for leading a small team of designers and will be passionate and enthusiastic about developing and growing their abilities as well as your own. We firmly believe that creative excellence and personal development go hand-in-hand so you will also be eager to learn and develop. We are looking for an ambitious person that wants to grow and progress into our next Design Director.
What you need
Minimum 5 years agency experience or similar experience working in a fast-paced digital environment
A passion for social media and the creative possibilities of digital communications
An expert in designing and experimenting across multiples social platforms and social formats, creatively innovating with what is possible
An expert at the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (Motion graphics and animation skills are a bonus)
Cross-channel experience – adept at designing and understanding the different requirements for Social, Digital, OOH, Press, Email and Website
Experience managing a team is not essential – this is something we can help support – but the desire to grow a team and develop your leadership skills is a must
A collaborative team player – excited to work with and learn from other amazing people
Curiosity to ask questions, research things you don’t know about and use this to inspire those around you.
