Delivery takes projects from planning to delivery - on time, on budget, and on brief. Delivery is everyone’s go to place for the project. Clients and internal team members rely on you for everything they need to know about a project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.
Role summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Digital Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple medium to large sized projects at any given time, and will be able to work effectively with clients, directors, crew, and suppliers. The role will involve managing the production process from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on brief and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Manage the production process from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Work with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements
Manage a team of producers, directors, crew, and suppliers
Negotiate contracts with suppliers
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Solve problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Create and own the plan, including estimation, tracking, updating
Weekly reporting/recording for company (including resource forecast) including project health
Develop Statements of Work leveraging experience of key discipline leads
Manage project change
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in production
Experience within a Digital / Social agency environment
Expert knowledge of a range of different production capabilities from advertising production procedures to digital specific (landing pages; social platform work)
Core Project Management skills
Proven track record of managing multiple projects at any given time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in project management software
