We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer to join the team.
What this role will entail...
The Digital Content team commissions and produces all output for social media, websites, apps, podcasts and branded content for campaigns and programmes..
The Senior Digital Producer, ITV Brand is responsible for delivering first-class digital campaigns that drive audiences, meets the business KPIs, fulfils commercial/acquisition targets and enhances the reputation of ITV as a brand and its programmes.
Some Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all campaigns, from responding to briefs, planning and ideation to execution for digital and social media across ITV Brands.
Ownership of priority digital campaigns and strategy, working with the Executive Digital Producer to create in line with overall business and marketing objectives.
Responsible for all responses to briefs, ensuring they answer objectives, and are aligned with both the Creative and Media Team ideas
Hire and fully line manage a team of staff, freelancers or agency teams to produce the required content to the required standard.
Brief Digital Producers, Designers, Editors and other freelance staff with a clear creative strategy
Inspire and encourage clear creative planning processes within the team of staff, freelancers and agencies, overseeing their response to briefs for mid-tier campaigns
In close collaboration with the Paid Media team, ensure all creative concepts and ideation are appropriate and complement paid media strategies for campaigns
Manage the content production and delivery for complex Paid Media campaigns across multiple digital and social media platforms, working closely with the Paid Media team and Media agency
Be a valued extension of the marketing team, creating and conceptualising best in class digital content for marketing campaigns which deliver business results - both increased viewers to ITV but also more customers for ITV (through our paid for services)
Ensure all ideas and content is of the highest possible quality, taking ownership of the creative process, output and providing regular feedback to other marketing teams.
Manage high level, key stakeholder relationships across Creative, Viewer and Consumer Marketing, with production where necessary
Take responsibility for delivering all legal documentation associated with a project as required
Work with the data and analytics team to produce meaningful reports shared across key stakeholders with recommendations and learnings for future work
Work with the Creative team to ensure digital content is complementary to the Creative concept to facilitate full 360 campaign planning
Work with talent - negotiating with agents where relevant, inspiring and encouraging them to support the digital ambitions ITV as a brand as well as its programmes.
Excellent ideation and campaign planning management for digital content across both paid and organic channels
Ability to generate original and appropriate ideas inline with strategic priorities and briefs
Excellent editorial judgement and sensibilities, able to give clear feedback and direction to staff, freelancers and agencies.
Inspire others underneath to develop clear creative solutions to marketing challenges
Thorough understanding of capabilities of social media channels, from a paid and owned perspective
Ability to create and manage campaign strategies for both paid and owned channels
Confident communication skills
A can-do, get things done approach
A genuine passion for the ITV Brand and its programmes
Able to manage competing priorities and campaigns amongst a number of different business objectives.
Excellent understanding of digital platforms, social media and online video, apps and podcasting.
Great management capabilities
Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and locations that occur within the lifecycle of a campaign
Organised and able to work under pressure
Good with data and numbers
Previous experience managing digital content production at creative agency or in-house brand for a marketing purpose is essential
Demonstrable experience of managing social media marketing campaigns - paid and organic - is essential
Experience of full lifecycle campaign planning for marketing purposes is essential
Thorough knowledge of content production and delivery for complex paid media campaigns
Experience working closely with media agencies on paid media strategies is essential
Experience of managing digital content teams and freelancers is essential
Experience of managing budgets and timelines
