Global Team Responsibilities:
  • Be the voice of Europe and consult on Product and Service trainings in Global projects
  • Build deployment and embedding strategy for Global tools in partnership with Global L&D team and Customer Experience manager. This will translate into the European Team responsibilities outlined below.
European Team Responsibilities:
LMS Management:
  • Adapt content created by the Global team to make it fit for purpose to the European market
  • Make recommendations for, and create local content based on identified training needs
  • Be the point of contact for questions regarding the LMS for all Field employees
  • Review and drive use of the LMS – make suggestions for further embedding opportunities
  • Be the EMEA admin for the LMS
Business Partnering:
Due to the breadth of role the successful candidate will have to know how to leverage their stakeholders to bring the learning to life. Particularly by partnering with:
  • Customer Experience Manager to identify learning priorities in the Field and develop a strategy for implementation for the Customer Experience Manager to deliver
  • Regional Directors and District Managers to help create training plans they will deliver for their region
  • HR Business Partners
Training Measurement & Admin:
  • Measure training effectiveness and report back to the business
  • Support Manager, L&D in developing monthly and quarterly KPI reports  to share with Global L&D.
  • Identify opportunities to further measure effectiveness of learning initiatives
  • Support with training record uploads to Workday
Training Design:
  • Adapt or design existing sales and behavioural training content for Field teams
  • Support in the design & delivery at annual and quarterly Sales leadership conferences
  • 3 years + as an L&D Coordinator / Advisor / Trainer in a Retail environment
  • Proven experience of complex stakeholder management
  • Adobe Captivate
  • Preferably speaks Spanish or Italian
  • Microsoft Office Literate
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills across different cultures & levels
  • Are a true business partner and collaborator always looking for alignment opportunities
  • Have a strong ability to link development initiatives to business performance metrics
  • Are able to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Have the ability to apply brand values and adapt to cultural context of the business
  • Have proven experience in embedding sales training
  • Have an attention to detail
  • Have strong planning and organizational skills
  • Take a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
