The EMEIA Senior Manager for Campaigns and Markets is responsible for making sure our customers know about Apple Retail and the reasons to buy directly from Apple. They will work with our WW teams on global campaigns and product launches in EMEIA, lead locally driven campaigns such as new store openings and work with the regions to ensure people understand and take advantage of Retail’s role and presence! Work with WW Retail Marketing to ensure market-fit and executional excellence of global marketing initiatives. Develop and run a high-performing multi-disciplinary team able to respond in near real-time to changes in the PoR based on global responses to market conditions. Work with other marketing teams at Apple across the region - Marcom, PR, product marketing, EDU, Business, Services - to ensure Retail is both contributing to and benefiting from Apple’s wider marketing efforts. Own the EMEIA campaign and marketing team to develop specific market insights, strategies and focus areas based on a deep understanding of those markets including the competitive landscape and consumer trends. Sit on the senior director’s leadership team and represent all of Retail Marketing in key GRS connection points, including deputising for the Snr. Director when needed. Lead the team to deliver successful new store and new country openings for Retail. Ensure operational excellence, attention to detail, and clear and timely reporting of plans, progress and performance of marketing programmes. Drive marketing innovation to reach customers as our portfolio of products and services continues to get more complex and our markets more diverse and mature. Develop compelling and clear marketing and creative launch briefs that reflect the business, product, and customer needs.
