RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reporting into the Director Executive Hiring, this role has complete accountability for recruiting executive positions for the Creative (Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development and Design) functions globally
  • Lead and deliver a seamless executive search process to attract, assesses and select Director + talent for the Creative (Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development and Design) functions globally
  • Provide a tailored recruiting strategy for each role – managing both internal and external talent pools to generate a robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Build strong relationships with executive-level hiring managers and stakeholders both in Human Resources and across the Creative (Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development and Design) functions globally
  • Partner with the Reward team to create suitable compensation packages to final candidates
  • Ensure all roles are managed in the CRM/database and all information on candidates and search process is kept up to date and complete
  • Work closely with the VP HR and CPO to manage organisational changes and pipelining
  • Stay informed of industry trends and top talent, specifically in the fashion space
  • Further to the above, alongside executive hiring, this role will also manage the Design recruitment end-to-end for all level roles. Lead the team (currently of 1 in Paris) to manage all Design recruitment.
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Extensive experience in Executive Hiring, working for a Creative-led Fashion Brand and/or a global, matrixed, organization with significant design (fashion) experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in Creative (fashion design) executive hiring (in-house) working with the most senior levels of the organization. Ideally with an executive search background in a large global firm
  • Good knowledge of the creative functions in competitor brands, specifically a solid understanding of the studios and designers
  • Proven track record of successfully searching for and recruiting Director+ executives in the Creative functions with a very strong global network of Director+ candidates already established
  • Global experience across Americas, APAC and EMEA is vital
  • Client-centric with a strong sense of urgency and able to work on multiple searches with different stakeholders
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management experience at Executive level with strong influencing skills
  • Highly accountable and results-driven
  • Extremely organised with excellent project management skills - able to manage multiple searches and keep a CRM up to date and accurate
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Experience with CRM / databases, Microsoft office products and Linkedin Recruiter
