Amazon is looking for a talented, driven and customer-obsessed Senior Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Business team and help accelerate Amazon’s positioning in the B2B product segment across two key categories of growth: BISS (Business, Industrial and Scientific Supplies) and Automotive, across Europe. As a Senior Marketing Manager, your role is to own design, management and ongoing optimization of marketing strategy and customer lifecycle for Amazon Business and deliver results against challenging customer engagement and acquisition goals.

You are effective at prioritizing and skilled at delivering solutions that save time and resource. You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable picking up new technologies quickly.
Operationally, you will liaise with multiple teams within Amazon, including wider Marketing teams across Amazon.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying target customer segments and understanding customer behaviours that trigger acquisition and engagement using both quantitative and qualitative data
Devising marketing programs that drive desired behaviours for customer acquisition and engagement using both quantitative and qualitative data.
Developing an annual marketing plan to share focus areas and execution roadmap.
Leading initiatives end to end, working with cross functional teams across Amazon Business, finance, in stock and legal to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns.
Managing internal and external design and research agencies to create acquisition and existing customer marketing campaigns.
Analysing the performance of campaigns, and sharing results of campaigns with senior stakeholders.
Ongoing monitoring and optimization of promotional activities through analysis of results and according recommendations to senior management.
Building and maintaining reporting, doing in-depth analysis to measure and optimise the efficiency of marketing activities.
