The Senior Marketing Manager will work as part of NOW’s Marketing team and will be responsible for the planning, execution, delivery and analysis of TTL campaigns. These campaigns can be anything from campaigns to build our platform through to campaigns to drive content perceptions (Ents, Movies, Sports) and also demand!
What you’ll do:
  • Work with the marketing exec/manager you will develop the campaign strategy and lead the development, execution & evaluation. You will own the stakeholder management process, and influence wider RTMs.
  • You will ensure that campaigns are insight-led and data driven, taking on learnings from previous campaigns to constantly improve and owning the research and evaluation of the campaign
  • You will work collaboratively with the media team to get to key media principles and own the channel plan and delivery
  • You must inspire the campaign team including creative agencies and media team to develop outstanding creative work and innovative delivery options which deliver on the KPIs
  • You will love content, and constantly champion and live the brand values in approach to and execution of all campaigns
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven TTL campaign management; delivering on key KPIs, on time and within budget
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence upwards and across a campaign team, showing the ability to delegate, empower and develop.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and to manage the creative process end to end
  • Able to present work and make recommendations to HoD and Director level
  • Strategic and creative thinking with the ability to use market data and customer insight to develop plans
  • A passion for content – sports, movies or entertainment – as it’s the beating heart of what we do

Where you’ll work:
Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
